Personal information is collected whenever you avail of any of our services; either for recruitment, or provided to us from client for a service, such as assessment, training, and consulting. By providing your personal information, you indicate your willingness to disclose information to Likha Careers. With agreeing to this policy, you are agreeing that any information from your conversation about recruitment will only be confined between you and Likha Careers.

How do we protect your data?

Only authorized personnel have access to personal information we have in our possession, the exchange and transmission of which will be through facilitated email or hard copy, whichever is the most appropriate. Moreover, personal information will only be transmitted to our clients for the purpose of processing your application for job placement. We will never sell, share, nor rent this information to other firms or individuals outside the premises of this policy without your consent.

The data collected will be retained as long as it is relevant to the services that we provide, and until it is no longer required nor necessary to keep your information for any other legal, regulatory, or business purposes. Upon request for removal, the destruction and disposal of your data, physical copies will be shredded, and digital information will be securely deleted.

We respect your right to access and control your information, and we will respond to requests for information and, where applicable, will correct, amend, or delete your personal information.
